Founded in 2021, Héralys Talents & Immigrants has set itself the mission of improving theintegration of newcomers into the Quebec job market. The young company is developing services, consulting and coaching, as well as a platform to help employers in the recruitment and integration of qualified candidates from immigrant backgrounds.

Selected to be part of the fifth MT Lab cohort, Héralys was able to benefit from contacts with partners. The tourism, hotel, restaurant and events sectors, which are in great demand, are attractive to immigrants, and the economic spin-offs are enormous.

Recipient of the human resources grant from the Tourism Innovation Program managed by MT Lab, Héralys has taken advantage of the opportunity to strengthen its team. The start-up now has three employees.

Moving into MT Lab’s coworking spaces encourages synergies and information sharing between entrepreneurs experiencing the same questions and developments. The advice and mentoring provided have also helped Héralys in its endeavors, particularly with the major industry players that MT Lab has enabled it to approach.
