Like many cities, Trois-Rivières is defined by its downtown core, where activities are highly concentrated, generating a high level of traffic during event and tourist periods. The destination knows the visitor's origin and profile, but has little information on their movements and use of the downtown area, and therefore lacks the tools and indicators to fully understand and distribute the flow of visitors, and make the right improvements to make the visitor experience more fluid.
