he MT Lab is very active in the fall!
On September 20th, the MT Lab organized the Demoday of the ADMTL. Demoday is an event organized for our partners where incubated companies and other relevant startups are invited to present their business solutions to the partner.
On the same day, it was the Startup Open House, and two of our incubated startups were interviewed by the Startup Open House team.
September 25 is the Demoday of the ITHQ.
We hosted the first UQAM Student Entrepreneur Event: Entrepreneurs’ Fails Panel. The event was a success and was sold out!
The month of October start, with the welcome of a French delegation from the General Direction of Enterprises (DGE), composed of France Tourisme Lab and its associated members.
On the 1st of October, at the welcome cocktail of the delegation of the DGE and Atout France, a partnership protocol was signed between France Tourisme Lab, a network of French tourist incubators and we in the presence of the Consul General of France in Montreal. Mrs. Catherine Feuillet.
On October 5th and 7th, 4elements presented the interactive work Abstrack at the Museum of the Civilization of Quebec. This fun experience is a meeting between the arts and technology, it allows to interact with the relief, the color and the composition of the work through the recognition of movements.
From October 15 to 21, our special project manager Florence Barbeau visited the Welcome City Lab, met various incubators and startups, discussed and shared good practices with our French partner.
The same week a lunch & learn with the expert Jean-François Grenier, allowed us to learn more about the art of convincing someone of his concept.
The next lunch learn is just as exciting, Friday, November 2 come meet Nadine Gelly, director of Zú de Lune Rouge and learn to choose your business opportunities.
