The customer

L’Éternel Spa is a Scandinavian spa in the heart of the Monts-Valin National Park. They offer several wellness services, including massage therapy and other relaxation packages. The shortage of massage therapy personnel is a major challenge for Éternel Spa, as it is for many similar establishments across Quebec. This situation is exacerbated by a number of factors, including growing demand for wellness services, an aging population and growing recognition of the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.

Project summary

Faced with growing demand for massage therapy at l’Éternel Spa, the establishment plans to acquire the iYU® robot massager. This innovation will help solve a number of challenges and meet key corporate objectives such as overcoming labor shortages, improving accessibility, increasing service capacity, standardizing treatments, improving operational efficiency, promoting technology adoption, increasing opening hours and offering attractive rates.

The challenge

It’s important for museums and permanent attractions to renew themselves to attract new audiences. Innovative ideas from companies such as Stimulation Déjà-Vu are making such stations a reality.

Today, to stand out from the crowd, you need to employ innovative ideas and use technology to enhance the customer experience.

The solution

This unique exhibition offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in the marine world in a different way, and shows a new perspective on the exploration of aquatic environments.

The EAU’DORAT exhibition contains :

  • a varied olfactory station with information;
  • the opportunity to immerse yourself sensorially in the life of a polar bear and a shark, to become aware of their way of life;
  • marketing this exhibition to attract new visitors.

The service provider

Capsix Robotics is a French startup that has developed iYU®, the first AI-based massage solution. By combining artificial intelligence, robotics and an advanced care and wellness program, they are innovating tourism with a unique solution to counter the labor shortage and accessibility of massage therapy care. The iYU robot will provide an augmented and accessible experience, enabling more people to enjoy the benefits of massage therapy.

Results and findings

The exhibition was much appreciated by visitors and generated a great deal of enthusiasm. Good media coverage also helped to highlight the efforts and create excitement.

If we had to do it all over again, the materials would be chosen more for their durability, since we had to change several parts.
