The customer

The Ripplecove is one of Ayer’s Cliff’s jewels of hospitality, and has been since 1945. This vast and popular establishment plays host to weddings, conventions, celebrations and guests with special needs. An on-site spa, restaurant and many activities and tourist attractions make Ripplecove a must in the Eastern Townships.

Project summary

The Ripplecove welcomes a wide variety of guests with diverse and specific needs. The establishment is committed to providing clear, precise, tailored and easily written quotations for all services offered in its hotel.

Centralio has therefore created a simple digital platform for developing attractive, detailed bids to guarantee more sales.

The challenge

The platform was initially programmed for the manufacturing industry, and had to be adapted for the hotel industry. Thanks to the support of MT Lab, Centralio was able to adapt its solution to the needs of Ripplecove, to support sales teams in their bid management.

The objective is :

  • increase sales by offering more up-selling opportunities in bids;
  • improve efficiency by simplifying the process, and achieve better management of submissions through automation and analysis of requests.

The solution

Centralio has therefore developed a simple, interactive platform for creating and managing submissions.

Submissions tailored to the tourism and hospitality industry include:

  • an attractive appearance that compliments the establishment’s professionalism;
  • clear information to help you better understand your options;
  • efficient coordination thanks to an automated system;
  • an analysis report and centralized data (KPIs).

The service provider

The Centralio platform creates aesthetically pleasing, personalized and easy-to-use interactive quotes for sales teams. Their innovation in the field of quotations delivers a better return on investment by making the shopping process clearer and more enjoyable.

This solution puts the customer experience first, and has a positive impact on profitability by avoiding confusion and wasted time.

Results and findings

The platform was adapted to the industry and integrated with existing software. Anticipated results are efficiency gains and increased sales. No data are available to demonstrate the extent of success, due to the recent completion of the project.
