Observation notebook

The MT Lab's Notebook: Innovations in Tourism, Culture and Entertainment is a tool, the result of a series of observations and observations, that indicates the emergence of new trends or new needs likely to have an impact on our industry.

The trends in the notebook are based on 8 main axes :

  • The experiential

  • The Impact

  • Data and artificial intelligence

  • Reception

  • Mobility

  • Internal processes

  • Human resources

  • Promotion / marketing

These axes, which are constantly evolving, intersect and overlap to give rise to various opportunities to be seized.

The MT Lab helps to spot innovations in the market. By monitoring industry signals, it identifies current and emerging challenges and needs, allowing tourism stakeholders to adapt and prepare for the changes ahead.

By sharing the Observation Notebook, the MT Lab hopes to help reflection and decision-making for all Quebec players in tourism, culture and entertainment who are looking to understand and anticipate trends in innovation.
