The MT Diag is a diagnostic tool designed to help young entrepreneurs . Using a methodical and holistic approach, it makes it possible to assess
the level of readiness of a company, both strategically and organizationally. Far from being a simple questionnaire, it is a trigger for informed discussions and a catalyst for concrete decisions that highlights priority areas for improvement.
The MT Diag was designed from the KTH Innovation Readiness Level, already established in theentrepreneurial ecosystem. Wehave a team and tool thanks to the experienceof Jocelyn Brouillard and Marie-Josée Blanchet, our coaches in residence, Frédérick Roussel, Vincent Lafrenay e-Lamontagne and Amandine Klein from the MT Lab, as well as with the academic contribution of our partners Ali Azouz and Hamza Moutaouakil from ESG-UQAM (Management) as part of the MITACS project. Tested and validated in our support programs, the MT DiagMC is designed as a living tool, called upon to evolve with the needs of the startups we support.
