The organization's mission is to exercise regional leadership in the promotion of the territory and tourist reception, while informing and stimulating tourism development for the benefit of its members. Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches plays an important role in coordinating and catalyzing the region with the goal of increasing the economic spinoffs associated with tourism activities.

Project summary

Faced with the increasing complexity of managing tourist information on multiple platforms, Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches collaborated with USKA to develop a centralized solution. This platform allows tourism businesses to easily update their data (activities, schedules, contact information, etc.) through a single dashboard, accessible on various devices (iPad, phone, computer).

In a context of labour shortages, this data automation has reduced the administrative burden, improved productivity and ensured up-to-date information for visitors.

The Challenge

For tourism businesses that are members of Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches, managing and disseminating their information (schedules, contact information, offers, etc.) on several platforms made the workload more complex. In addition to being time-consuming, this work required technical skills that many small organizations did not have in-house.
