The Challenge

Access to tourist information may sometimes be limited outside the opening hours of traditional tourist information offices, especially in the evenings or on public holidays. In this context, visitors appreciate having access to reliable and interactive tools that allow them to discover the region's attractions and activities independently.

The Solution

The Tourist Information Terminal is an innovative solution that supports the work of Tourist Information Officers by offering a reliable service, updated daily and available at all times. Thanks to its simple, interactive and visually appealing interface, it arouses the curiosity of visitors and enriches their experience in the territory.

The Service Provider

Humanity-Tech is a developer of interactive street furniture such as terminals, stations, arches and digital walls. This connected ecosystem innovates in the field of tourism by offering a smart and immersive experience for users. It stimulates curiosity, engagement, and interest among visitors, which helps the tourist retention rate in a region.

Results and findings

The feedback has been very positive, both from visitors and from tourist agents and local businesses. The bollard arouses interest, stands out as an engaging point of attraction, and fits naturally into the tourist route. Several features have been added to enrich the user experience and make it even more immersive and user-friendly.
