Hilo Smart Mirror is a technology and design company, specializing in the design and manufacture of smart mirrors, which integrate digital and dynamic information behind the mirror.

The company, which develops the software and manufactures custom hardware, has joined the fifth cohort of the MT Lab with the aim of offering new experiences in hotels or waiting rooms. 

Hilo Smart Mirror has begun to develop large-scale outdoor installation projects with major partners with the goal of revitalizing neighbourhoods and reconnecting people together. 

In addition to opening up markets, the MT Lab also played a role as a coach and mentor for Hilo Smart Mirror, which pushed its products even further.

"At the MT Lab, I had a lot of new contacts and potential prospects in a short period of time," says Zack Elorfi, founder of Hilo Smart Mirror. I would never have had the opportunity to meet the senior executives of the major partners if I had gone through traditional channels."
